Ingredients
Scale
12 to 14 medium sized carrots (I used one 16oz / 454 g package)
1 cup of chopped pineapples (about 1/3 of a medium sized fresh pineapple)
Instructions
Wash your carrots and set aside to dry. Peel and chop your pineapple, if using fresh.
Process carrots and pineapples through your juicer as per your juicer’s instruction manual.
Serve in a glass cup and enjoy!
Notes
This makes about 2 cups of juice, but that all depends on what type of juicer you have because some juicers give out more liquid than others. You can always increase the amount of carrots/pineapples, if you are looking for a larger quantity.
