Actually, even if you aren't into football AT ALL, you're going to love this round up.
SUPERRR ROUND UP
sixty vegan plant based OIL free recipes
I've gathered 60, SIXTY!, amazing vegan, plant based, whole foods, OIL FREE, yessss OIL FREE recipes from food bloggers all over the web, and I've put them all here, in one place, where you can come and stay for a while, and scroll, and drool all over the deliciousness that you are about to encounter.
So take a seat, get comfy, and have a piece of paper and pen handy 'cause you're gonna wanna write down some (a lot) of these recipes down.
PS. I've broken down the round up into four different sections: Main Dishes, Hummus/Dips/Spreads, Appetizers and Finger Foods, And Desserts.
Enjoyyyy and remember, if you like what you see, show the love and hit the share button. Sharing (vegan love) is caring!
GAME DAY MAIN DISHES
We'll start this round up with one of our own. This dish is delicious, colorful, and screams out PARTAY! Best part is they are single serve so your guests can grab one or two and be on their way!
If you want more than just finger food, and you're looking for a good and fun hearty meal for Superbowl Sunday, or an any other game day, this one's got your name written allll over it.
I couldn't leave this recipe out. Check out how beautiful and vibrant these cabbage spring rolls look. These would be so perfect (and look beautiful), for any Superbowl party or any other Game Day Party. There is an option for sesame oil to be added, but as it's optional, feel free to live it out for a completely oil free alternative.
Another nacho recipe because, why not! This one's got jackfruit! PS. The recipe calls for a drizzle of oil if you are roasting your own corn chips, but based on my personal experience, I have found that you can use vegetable broth instead and the chips still come out crispy and FANTASTIC! So feel free to skip the oil.
Your GAME DAY party guests might be a bit surprised when they learn that these indeed are cruelty-free and that there is definitely NOT any chicken in them. They look and taste like the realll thing, but better. Because #vegan!
Yes, hot dogs, made with carrots. Because carrots are better. Just look at them!!! Don't you just wanna take a big bite out of that hot dog?! Plus, you can grill these, which is even more amazing. Perfect game day food.
I know.. yet another buffalo cauliflower bites recipe... but can you ever really have too much buffalo cauliflower recipes in one place?! I think not. So here is yet another GREAT buffalo cauliflower recipe that is simple and easy and oil free. Game day doesn't have to be filled with junk food.
GAME DAY HUMMUS, DIPS, AND CHEEZE SPREADS
Our favoriteeee roasted beet hummus. Just check out that color! Your guests will be delighted. Serve with chips or fresh veggies like carrot sticks, red bell peppers, and cucumbers.
This dip is lifeee! Made up of yummy mouthwatering ingredients such as young jackfruit, crunchy celery, homemade cashew ranch style sauce, and lots of buffalo spicy sauce. You guys... this doesn't even have refined oil!!! Your guests are going to be wow'ed. Make this and have a healthy Superbowl Sunday party.
Another vegan cheese recipe that can be used on nachos or as a dip, because no one can ever have too many delicious vegan cheese recipes handy. This one only requires 6 ingredients. You are welcome!
This is not just any dip, ladies and gents, this is an enchilada dip!!! Get ready for the burst of flavor that this recipe has. Perfect to serve with chips or as a sauce.
Black beans are so so good, and when made into a dip with lime, well that's just extraordinary. Surprise your friends with this healthy vegan protein stuffed dip. Serve it on a platter with chips, sliced veggies, and fries! Note, the recipe does call for a tidbit of oil to saute the ginger and garlic, but feel free to omit and use vegetable broth instead for an oil free option.
A hearty and tangy dip that will keep all of your game day party guests nice and warm inside. Perfect for cold days and if you're up north, (and not in Miami, like I am), well then your guests will appreciate some awesome winter comfort food like this one.
GAME DAY APPETIZERS, SNACKS, AND FINGER FOOD
Just look at thoseeee chickpeas! So crunchy. These are perfect as a side to your main meal, or serve them in appetizer bowls where each guest can scoop some up on their plate as they please.
You are probably reading that title and thinking 'what in the world' are smashed potatoes vegan nachos!? They're the best most brilliant idea everrr I'll tell you that much. It's nachos, but with potatoes! And best part is, they're single-serve. Finger food for the win. Please note the oil is optional.
GAME DAY SWEETS AND DESSERTS
This is such an interesting recipe that I had to include it on here. It's perfect finger food, and it has a nice kick due to the cayenne. If spicy chocolate is your thing, you're gonna love this one.
This is every kid's favorite, but they are usually loaded with sugar and other nasty ingredients. Not this recipe though! Whole foods, Plant Based, and sugar free! Sweetened with dates.
These energy boosting cookies only take 10 minutes and are exactly what you need to have on deck for Sunday's festivities. Kids (and adults) are gonna love these. Plus, is pumpkin season ever really over?
Antioxidants for the win! This recipe is jam packed with nutrients and power ingredients. Only four ingredients and three steps - doesn't get easier than that. Your Superbowl party friends won't even know they're getting healthier as they eat this. 😛
You can't even imagine what's in this chocolate-y goodness of a pie? ZUCCHINI! Can't get any better than this, and it's oil and sugar free too. Add this to your Superbowl party menu and offer your guests a little slice of healthy pie!
Such a super simple recipe that is perfect for all of you last minute planners out there (including myself!). Only requires 5 ingredients plus salt and 15 minutes of your time!
By now you can probably tell that energy bites are my absolute favorite. I just think they are such great 'finger foods' and everyone loves them, kids and grown ups alike!
Phewww! How much awesomeness in one post?! I love love love sharing recipes from all these amazing food bloggers because each of us has something unique to share, and I think this round up is proof of that.
So much good vegan food that's delicious and tasty and healthy and oil free and perfectttt for GAME DAY.
