Mango Pineapple Sunshine Smoothie

Maca-Infused Mango Pineapple Blender Smoothie – Easy, refreshing, and perfect for breakfast because of Maca’s energy boosting properties!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cups frozen mango cubes (or 1 fresh mango)
  • 12 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or about 1/4 of a whole fresh pineapple, cubed)
  • 2 cups of your choice of non-dairy milk (I used Pacific Foods Dairy Free Coconut Beverage)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of Maca Powder (totally optional but a great way to sneak in this powerful adaptogen into your diet).

Optional: 1-2 dates if you want it to be sweeter

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until you achieve a smoothie consistency. This recipe is very flexible so feel free to add more of this or take away some of that. I’m sure the end product will still be refreshing and oh so tasty!
  2. Pour in a cup and ENJOY!

Notes

  • Go an extra step and top your smoothie with frozen blueberries or your choice of frozen fruits and add a sprinkle of coconut shreds!
