- 1–2 cups frozen mango cubes (or 1 fresh mango)
- 1–2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or about 1/4 of a whole fresh pineapple, cubed)
- 2 cups of your choice of non-dairy milk (I used Pacific Foods Dairy Free Coconut Beverage)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of Maca Powder (totally optional but a great way to sneak in this powerful adaptogen into your diet).
Optional: 1-2 dates if you want it to be sweeter
