Vegan Golden Turmeric Iced Milk Latte

A silky golden turmeric iced milk latte that is so refreshing and nutritious. Perfect for any hot summer day. Vegan | Gluten free | Refined sugar free.

Ingredients

  • 1 can light coconut milk* (see notes for substitutions)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (3g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
  • 2 medjool dates (38g)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup, add ice,  and enjoy!

Notes

  • My favorite version of this recipe is with light coconut milk from a can as written. However, in theory, this recipe will work with any plant-based milk. The only other milk I have tried this recipe with is 1.5 cups of unflavored oat milk – and even though it works, the end result is a much thicker, sweeter and just overall stronger taste. Feel free to experiment with other plant based milks but please note that it will alter the recipe.
