9 (Oil Free + Vegan) Red, White, and Blue Recipes for the Fourth of July
You can't do 4th of July without a red, white and blue breakfast - so wake up to these yummy granola parfaits! Summer is synonymous with ice cream - so why not enjoy this frozen treat on the fourth? It's got red, white and blue and made with healthy super-food ingredients such as goji berry! PS. This recipe does call for coconut oil, but for an oil free option try using coconut cream (from a can) instead. It works great in vegan ice cream recipes.
